Membership and Billing
Rental membership is provided according to the following:
· FlickCentral.com reserves the right to reject membership with or without cause.
· FlickCentral will make every effort possible to provide each customer with the maximum number of DVDs out at a time as per the selected membership plan. However movies are distributed subject to availability, and distribution may be limited by processing and delivery times.
· Your membership fee will be charged to the credit card on your account once per month, with any applicable taxes added to the total.
· Membership fees include all postage and handling charges - we pay shipping both ways.
· You may upgrade or downgrade your membership option at any time. Billing will be prorated accordingly.
· You may cancel at any time, though it is best to cancel toward the end of the billing cycle, since there are no refunds. Upon cancellation, we must receive any of our DVDs in your possession within 10 business days, or you will be charged the retail price of each DVD as advertised on this website, or in accordance with the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.
· Though you may cancel at any time, there are no refunds on membership dues once charged to your account. Therefore we suggest that you submit your request to terminate your membership prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
· While we do our best to maintain the highest quality selection, and repair our scratched DVDs often, we cannot guarantee that every single movie is in working condition. Since you have unlimited rentals (subject to processing time, delivery time and the rental membership option selected), simply return the damaged item in the postage-paid envelope it came with and be sure to mark it as defective so we can repair it or pull it from circulation. We will ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Prior to return, contact us and explain the problem with details about the movie. Though it is not guaranteed, we have a tendency to hook our members up on occasion based on their account history.
· It is possible that movies may get lost or damaged in the mail. If you do not receive your shipment in a reasonable amount of time, or receive a damaged movie, contact us and we will issue a new movie free of charge. We keep a detailed record of every account, and customers that have a significantly high number of losses as compared to the average will be charged the full retail price of the missing or damaged movies and their membership will be revoked. We do this to maintain the highest quality of merchandise possible for our paying, responsible members. Generally losses due to mail delivery tend to result in the packages eventually reaching their destination, so it's generally not a major concern.
Sales
The adult and other DVDs for sale on FlickCentral.com are provided under the following terms and conditions:
· We guarantee that the DVDs you purchase from us will be in working condition upon shipment. We make no claims regarding the quality of the materials beyond that point.
· We charge a modest shipping fee for each DVD or other item purchased directly from the website. We do not charge shipping for previously viewed movies that you preview as a rental, and then decide to purchase while still in your possession.
· All sales are final. If you receive defective merchandise from us, you may exchange it for a duplicate item free of charge, provided that you notify us that the movie is defective within 10 days of receipt. We will ship the identical, replacement movie to you within 30 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise from you. Because of the nature of the items we sell, there are no refunds.
Privacy Policy
All packaging is discreet - we always use plain envelopes to protect your privacy from prying eyes. We use our discreet name (VTO Enterprises Inc.) for all shipments and billing, giving no indication of your package contents.
All account information is kept confidential to the full extent of the law and to the best of our knowledge, information and belief. We provide secure, encrypted pages for any confidential information transfer such as credit card numbers and we strongly encourage you to never, ever send a credit card number via email - always use our online form or call us with the number. We do not sell or trade email addresses or other private information. We use your email address to let you know when orders have shipped, if we have billing questions, or for occasional promotions related to our services. We can disable an account upon cancellation if requested, but for obvious legal and financial reasons, we must maintain a record of any transactions.
