How do I log in? Why isn't it working?
Go to the main page of FlickCentral to log in to your account - the information will be encrypted and sent via a secure connection. If you have problems, be sure that you have your cookies set to medium. A cookie is just a small text file that helps us track whether you're logged into your account or not - we do not use cookies for any deviant purpose. In MS Explorer, you'd go to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy and adjust the slider to medium. This offers plenty of protection and security for pretty much any online user. If that doesn't work, try closing all open windows, then reopen your browser and try again. If this still doesn't work, try restarting your computer and logging in again. It's also a good idea to install one of the many free anti-spyware and anti-scumware utilities available online. Two free antispyware programs are Adaware and Spybot. They're not perfect, but they offer much more protection than not using anything. You can also consider installing a software or hardware firewall, and anti-virus software for further protection. What are cookies? Do I need them activated?
A cookie is a small text file, nothing more. We use cookies to track when you're logged into our site and do not use them for any deviant purpose. Therefore, it's important that cookies are enabled so you can log in. We recommend setting your browser to the medium privacy regarding cookies, which is sufficient. You can do this in MS Explorer by going to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy and adjusting the slider control. Be sure to check out our Privacy Policy. Back to Top
