Why didn't I get my full allotment of DVDs?
This can be for a few reasons. First, check to make sure you have the recommended amount of DVDs in your queue. Each movie is assigned a point value based on its availability. Movies in high demand, or at low inventory levels due to damage, loss or resale will have a lower point value than those in ample quantities. As long as your total score remains above the recommended minimum (shown in your queue), you should receive the best possible service. Keep in mind, when it comes to porn, it can sometimes be difficult to replace inventory on a per-title basis, so having fresh movies on your list will help us provide you with great service. Our system automatically sends more DVDs to members that haven't gotten their full quota of movies as soon as items on their lists become available, so once your list is up to par you can expect another shipment. What if I lost the DVD sleeve or return mailer?
If you lose the mailer, please protect the DVDs in a bubble envelope marked fragile and return by mail.

If you lose the return label, then affix 60 cents postage for 1 DVD or 83 cents postage for 2 DVDs. Do not overpay for postage - this actually results in slower service because packages with extra postage may considered suspicious by the USPS. Return your movies to:

VTO Enterprises Inc.
PO Box 30
Newark NJ 07101-0030

If you lose the barcoded sleeve your DVD came in, please protect the DVD in a sleeve or soft tissue and INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME in the package. We carry several copies of most titles and it can be very difficult to determine who to credit if no identifying information is supplied. Please do not put loose DVDs in the mailer without some sort of protection as they will become scratched. Back to Top

What if a Shipment is Lost?
In most cases, first class mail should take about 2-4 business days to ship coast-to-coast. This means that if we ship you a movie on Monday, you would most likely get it between Wednesday and Friday and if a movie goes out on Friday, you would most likely get it between Monday and Wednesday. Mail may not travel on Sundays or national holidays. If you haven't gotten your package at the expected time, please give it a full 7 days to arrive before contacting us to allow for slight and occasional fluctuations in delivery time. If it has been 7 days or more, contact FlickCentral and we'll get another package out to you, assuming that the first package is delayed or lost in the mail. Usually misdirected packages do find their way to the intended recipients, so please return them when they arrive and we'll adjust your account history to reflect the return, as the number of losses attributed to an individual account may affect the decisions we make in the future. We find that most people are honest and although we reserve the right to charge for lost merchandise on a case by case basis, we tend not to do so. The exception would be when an account has unusually high loss statistics, and you would be informed if any action were to be taken. Back to Top

What if the movies are damaged or defective?
Before contacting FlickCentral, please try wiping the DVD with a clean, lint free, soft cloth and perhaps a bit of rubbing alcohol, from the center out to the edge to avoid damage - never wipe a DVD in a circular pattern as this results in microscratches that may affect playability. Try to replay it. If it still doesn't work, contact us with the name or barcode number from your DVD and your username. We'll immediately add the movie back to your queue and ship the next available rentals. Please note that getting the same movie immediately is subject to availability, so you may get another item from your list first. When you return the defective DVD, please mark the sleeve accordingly to help us pull it from circulation to test, repair or replace. We have no interest in distributing movies that do not play, as this ends up costing us more in postage and handling to send duplicate movies to people than if we were to send working merchandise. How Do I Purchase My DVD Rentals?
The great thing about FlickCentral is that we're a rent-to-own DVD rentals business. You pay low monthly dues to receive unlimited rentals, which you can review before making a purchasing decision. If you like the DVDs you rent from us, you can easily purchase them online. Just log into your account with your username and password, and you'll see the movie show up on the right side of the screen as a current rental. Add it to your shopping cart and check out - that's it. We'll send replacements, usually the same day and the DVD is yours to keep. Back to Top
